III. USER RIGHTS
Kerámikos guarantees the exercise of the following rights recognized under the LOPDP:
- Right to Information: You have the right to receive clear and timely information about how your personal data is collected, used, shared, and retained, as well as the contact details for making inquiries or exercising your rights.

IV. EXERCISE OF RIGHTS
To exercise the rights listed above, the Holder may submit a request: (i) in person, by means of a written document delivered to Kerámikos’s address indicated at the beginning of this Notice, or (ii) electronically, by sending a request to the corresponding email address: protecciondatos@centroceramico.com
Kerámikos will respond to requests within the timeframes established by the applicable data protection regulations. However, if it is necessary to clarify or supplement the information provided, a period of five (5) business days will be granted to do so; if this requirement is not met, the request will be archived.
Notwithstanding the above, if the User believes that the response issued violates their rights, or if the request has not been addressed within the established timeframe, they may file a complaint directly with the Personal Data Protection Authority.
V. DATA OF CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS
Access to and use of the Website is restricted to individuals of legal age, unless there is express authorization from their legal representatives. However, Kerámikos is not responsible for the accuracy or truthfulness of the data provided by users, including data related to age.
VI. TRANSFER OR DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
Kerámikos may transfer or disclose personal data to third parties when: (i) such transfer is necessary to fulfill the previously stated purposes; (ii) there is a legal mandate or an order issued by a competent authority; or (iii) the User has given their express consent.
The processing of personal data may involve international transfers — for example, for data storage or processing services. In such cases, Kerámikos will endeavor to ensure that the recipient third party guarantees adequate levels of protection, confidentiality, and security of personal data, especially when the transfer is made to countries that do not offer an equivalent level of protection.
VII. RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data will be stored in databases owned by or managed by Kerámikos for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Notice. Subsequently, if required, data will be retained for the additional period necessary to comply with legal or contractual obligations, as well as to address any potential legal actions or their expiration.
Once the purposes of the processing have been fulfilled and, where applicable, the legal retention periods have ended, Kerámikos will proceed to securely delete or anonymize the personal data so that Holders can no longer be identified.
In duly justified situations, data may be kept in a blocked state — that is, not used for new purposes — exclusively to address claims or fulfill legal obligations.
VIII. REFUSAL TO PROVIDE OR PROVISION OF INACCURATE PERSONAL DATA
Should the Holder choose not to provide their personal data or object to its processing, Kerámikos will be unable to process their requests, as it will not be possible to carry out the processing of such information. Consequently, Kerámikos will not be able to fulfill the previously stated purposes.
Likewise, if the Holder provides incorrect, inaccurate, or outdated personal data, Kerámikos will not be able to fulfill the stated purposes. Therefore, the Holder will bear sole and exclusive responsibility for ensuring that the personal data provided is truthful, complete, and kept up to date.
